What does ‘Stretched’ mean?

Stretched means that the piece is ready to hang.  The flat giclee canvas is professionally hand stretched over kiln dried, specially coated and designed wooden stretcher bars that form the internal frame or box around which the canvas is wrapped or ‘stretched’.  This creates a spectacular box like presentation that gives the piece depth from the wall .  Stainless steel staples are used and a hard foam core back is added making it a fully archival piece of art that is protected and will last for decades without any fading, yellowing or bleeding of color.  Shipping is available at very reasonable rates.
